Another easy on the kitchen meal tonight – Fresh Salmon-Cilantro Burgers. Way yummy, way easy! Even the resident ‘is it fishy-fish’ critic says it was ‘awesome good, mama’. We added sliced avocado instead of lettuce and served with some deli salads and fruit salad for an easy hot-day meal.
