Homemade (turkey) breakfast sausage using Penzey’s Breakfast Sausage seasoning and some extra sage: And my first attempt at (self-named) Malted Wheatcakes. They were good, but not great. I will continue tweaking because I think, in the end, it will be worth it. They were yummy with tupelo honey.
