And on the previous entry – when I went to the US South a few years ago, my friends insisted I try grits. So we stopped at the Waffle House in Little Rock. I thought, honestly, that they had bribed the staff to play a trick on me. Haven’t had grits since 🙂
FWIW, plain grits are horrible, IMO. Cheese grits are a completely different animal, lol.
